If both are loaded, Processor Framework wins. To change that you'll need to change their order in loadFolders.xml.

The mod will use the legacy processor code from the original (not optimum) without Processor Framework/VEF

Would be great to see some of the gun mods from Fallout Collaboration Project continued: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2518249845 I still use the three "Makeshift" weapon mods, they should only need a change of version number. I remember "Classic Lasers" and "Classic Plasma" getting weird after 1.5, but I tried them just now and they didn't misbehave, so I guess they're good.

FANTASTIC to see this back, this was hands down one of my favs. The original mod says it was compatible with Fertile Fields, but this one doesn't seem to be, there are doubled up resources. Doesn't need to be compatible, but might be worth mentioning in the description.
