Bad with illusion-based heroes, blink-heroes, heroes without heavy A-clicks.

Laning.
Farm with W.
Contest ranged creep with W.
Harass enemy with W.
From lvl 3 you can start zoning enemy out by the end of W especially.
It's nice if you manage to drag wave from under enemy tower, becuase it is hard to farm.... you will have to do it rather often.
When you get high lvl (like lvl 5) you can drag wave to neutral camp. Otherwise, just between T1 and T2.

Early game.
When R in os CD, farm double camp, playing with D-F.
Abuse Q attack slow by getting behind neutral camp.
Secure runes with you to one spawn and creep to another to Q to him. The same strategy applies when you are getting ganked.
Try to steal Wisdom with R.

Mid gane,
Main power spike - Aghs with lvl 15. Ideally you hit it like by 20m.
You can continue pulling dangerous waves with your creep towards safe neutral camps.

Ganking.
After HotD, take Goblet Cobold (top-1) or Centaur - best creeps for ganks!
You gank sidelanes with good runs and have R if there is good opportunity, but generally you want to farm until Aghs, so only respond.

Late game.
Your power spike is Stanic with lvl 25.

Teamfighting.

Playing against.
Pipe is top item against Io.
