Tiered Mechs CE Patch

Description
CE(Combat Extended) Adaptation Patch for Tiered Mechs,no armor durability due to my poor code writing technique,all the numbers are casually written based on material cost.

Main changes:In order to increase survivability,all advanced mechanoids (except tunneler) received 15mm sharp armor and 25MPa blunt armor,all ultratech mechanoids(except tunneler) received 25mm sharp armor and 40MPa blunt armor,or tunneler,the number is 29/72 for advanced version and 58/144 for ultratech version(it's based on the resource requirements).
