Ported the heroes and villains expansion made by Vizhyn on boardgamegeek into tabletop sim

Introduces 54 new heroes for imperial assault, including imperial heroes for the imperial player to make use of which progress similarly to rebel heroes.

I did not make any of this, I only ported it to TTS.
