Siberia

This is a mod about a forgotten village somewhere in Siberia in the 1970s. A large, thoughtfully crafted map that I worked on for four months — with care, soul, and attention to detail. It captures the atmosphere of silence, cold, and endless waiting.

There are about a dozen houses of different sizes, each with its own character. A school with empty hallways, a chess club overlooking the street, a couple of factory buildings and a garage where someone might've just fixed up their old jalopy. A steamy bathhouse, a small bridge over a frozen lake, and a shallow well. Everything was handcrafted with respect for the era.

Please note: due to the density and detail of the map, it may be performance-intensive on some setups. I'm still collecting feedback on this.


This map means a lot to me — it represents a place I always want to return to. I hope it brings the same kind of feeling to you.

One of the main inspirations for this mod was the song “Fairy Taiga” by Agata Kristi. I was also inspired by the visual novel “Tiny Bunny” — I won’t claim to have recreated the village from there, but there are definitely some similarities.

Unfortunately, working completely alone meant that I couldn’t implement every idea before release. Some houses turned out a bit emptier than I wanted. But if people enjoy the mod, I might revisit it and bring it to completion.

I never aimed to create a map meant purely for destruction — and I’m sticking to that rule. This map is all about calm, atmospheric exploration. Though of course, there’s still room for a little chaos.

This is my third large project. Before this, I made a pioneer camp inspired by Everlasting Summer, and a Phasmophobia house map. Each one has been its own journey — and each is very important to me.
