Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat and locate the Easyanticheat.exe, open it ,choose a game, press uninstall button and proceed with deletion.
it should delete it from services too, but to be extra-cautious i'd suggest you press Win+R >services.msc > EASYANTICHEAT > right click > type of launch : disable .
for battleeye C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye\ and battleeye service accordingly , there's no uninstaller for battle eye, so you'll have to delete file by hand
