A Reskin of the ORIS Railgun to mimick Uzi's Railgun from Murder Drones.

Use up and down arrow keys to adjust power level (default set to 0.65)

FPS mode (Toggle with F5)
Recharge indicator visibility (Toggle with F6)
UI Visibility (Toggle with H)
Ammo Type (Switch with P)

known bugs:
-- Recharge meter drifts from correct position over railgun (result of game engine limitation, can't be fixed by me)
-- Muzzle effect ghosting effect while firing and in motion (also the aforementioned game engine limitation(?))
-- Railgun model does some funky stuff when pressed up against wall (might fix later at some point)

This has been an interesting experience to work on and gave me insight into the patience it takes to achieve a desired outcome when coding stuff.
