Civilization: Papyrus


Civilization Ability: Ancient Scroll Collection
Desert tiles +1 Food. Tiles adjacent to Oasis gain +4 Appeal. Oasis provides +2 Food, +2 Production, +2 Faith. Oasis grants major adjacency bonuses to adjacent districts. Units fully heal immediately when moving to Oasis.
Unique Building: Farjavan Dadabad Museum
Replaces Archaeological Museum. Unlocks earlier. Grants Naturalist and 1 Relic when built. Has 3 Relic slots instead of Artifact slots. Provides yields based on adjacent tile Appeal: Charming +1 Food +1 Culture, Breathtaking +2 Food +2 Faith +1 Culture, Stunning +3 Food +2 Faith +2 Culture +2 Production +1 Science. If Appeal ≥6: +3 Food +3 Faith +3 Culture +3 Production +2 Science.


Leader: Anat El-Eidin


Leader Ability: Last-Minute Preparation
Relics and Great Works provide +2 Food +4 Production +2 Culture. Start with 1 Relic when founding Capital. Gain random Inspiration and Eureka when triggering Historic Moment. If Era Score gained ≥3, gain 1 random Relic. If ≥4, +25% Tourism output.
Unique Improvement: Sargon Oasis
Must be built on Desert. Creates natural Oasis if possible (otherwise artificial Oasis without civilization bonuses). Creation conditions: Built on flat Desert without existing Sargon Oasis, not adjacent to terrain features/rivers/water.
Civilization: Rose Salt


Civilization Ability: Good Life
Desert tiles +2 Faith. Luxury resources with Mine improvement gain +2 Production +1 Faith +1 Culture. Each Desert flat tile within 3 tiles of City Center provides +1 Food, each Desert Hills +1 Production, each Desert Mountains +2 Gold.
Unique District: Time is Money
Replaces Commercial Hub. No district cost inflation. Gains minor adjacency from Desert tiles. Trade Routes ending here gain +4 Gold +4 Faith. City immediately yields all non-Food outputs when Trader arrives.


Leader: Pascala


Leader Ability: Best Herbalist
All units -3 Combat Strength. Non-lethal damage is converted to 5-turn DoT. Trade Routes +4 Gold. Every 500 Gold spent on city purchases: Complete all city productions (required Gold increases by 500 each time).
Unique Improvement: Herb Garden
+2 Food +1 Faith. Must be built on flat land. Adjacent Salt resources gain +3 Production +1 Faith. Adjacent to 2 same Desert tiles: +1 Faith +1 Gold. Cities within 6 tiles gain +2 Production +1 Culture (stackable). Fully heals allied units. Enemy units take 1-99 damage (non-lethal).
