Civilization: Rhodes Island Wanderers Club


Civ Ability: Wandering
Gain Culture equal to 25% of Science cost when completing technology research. Gain Gold equal to 50% of Culture cost when completing civic research. Cities gain Science equal to 25% of base production cost when completing production. Cities gain Production equal to 25% of purchase cost when buying items.
Unique District: Wanderers Club
Replaces Entertainment Complex. Unlocked with Code of Laws. Cannot be adjacent to City Center. +1 Amenity, +2 Housing. Provides +3 Culture adjacency from tiles with at least Charming Appeal. +2 Culture adjacency from other Wanderers Clubs. Can be built without population requirement. Grants +1 Great Writer point and +1 Great Prophet point per turn.



Leader: Surtr


Leader Ability: Twilight
All military units gain +30 Combat Strength and +3 Movement. Units lose HP per turn (starting at 2, increasing up to 20 max). Units cannot drop below 1 HP. 5 turns after reaching 1 HP, units retire and refund full production cost to all cities. Defeating enemies grants Production equal to their base Combat Strength to all cities and fully heals the unit.
Unique Improvement: Ice Cream Shop
+2 Food, +1 Culture. Must be built adjacent to Bonus/Luxury resources. +3 Culture when adjacent to Wanderers Club, Theater Square, or Commercial Hub. +2 Gold and +1 Production when adjacent to City Center or other Ice Cream Shops. Prevents HP loss from Leader Ability and resets HP loss counter to 2 each turn (retirement still occurs). Heals +30 HP per turn. After Flight is researched, provides Tourism equal to 100% of Culture output.

Leader: Kroos


Leader Ability: Ko~ko~da~yo~
Starts with Reserve Operator Team A1. Cities gain +10% Production (stackable) when repeating same production type. Resets bonus when changing production type. 40% chance for yields from Civ Ability (Science/Culture/Gold/Production) to become 160% of original value. Tips:Same category projects refer to: Buildings, Units, Districts, Wonders, Projects.
Unique Unit: Reserve Operator Team A1
Recon and Anti-Cavalry unit with unique promotion tree. +8 Combat Strength per promotion. Gains new A1 team in Capital upon entering new Era or reaching max promotion. Returns to Capital when near death, gaining +3 Combat Strength and 15 XP.

Leader: Rope


Leader Ability: Compound Grapple
Steal all Gold and Faith when meeting civilizations/city-states or declaring war. When attacking stronger defenders, swap Combat Strength values. Traders instantly capture non-allied foreign cities upon arrival (city gains -6 Loyalty per turn), then trader dies.
Unique Improvement: Intelligence Station
Must be built on borders (1 per city). +3 Gold, +1 Faith. Grants free Trader. -3 levels to foreign Spy operations. Domestic cities within 6 tiles gain +70% Gold (non-stackable). Allows Gold-purchasing of districts.

Leader: Manticore


Leader Ability: Hidden Predator
All units gain Camouflage. Cities gain +10% yields per tile distance from other cities (max +100% at 10 tiles). +1 Appeal per tile distance (max +8 at 13 tiles). Non-adjacent tiles to City Center gain +1 Production.
Unique District: Ambush Zone
Replaces Encampment. Cannot attack/defend. Deals 30 damage to enemies entering or adjacent. Cultural bombs adjacent tiles. Tiles gain yields based on Appeal: • Charming: +2 Food, +2 Faith, +1 Production • Breathtaking: +3 Food, +3 Faith, +2 Production, +1 Science, +1 Culture Buildings double these effects. +1 Great General point per turn.

Leader: Ethan


Leader Ability: Duplication
All units gain Camouflage. New cities copy Capital's population, names, and all districts/improvements/Graffiti Walls within 3 tiles. +100% adjacency bonus for identical adjacent districts.
Unique Building: Graffiti-covered Wall
City Center building. +2 Culture, +1 Tourism, +1 Great Work slot. +1 Great Prophet/Artist points. Gains +1 Culture/Tourism per copied instance.
