[1.8] 1978-1982 Chevrolet El Camino Base

This is the fifth generation of the Chevrolet El Camino, a coupé utility vehicle produced by General Motors from 1959 until its discontinuation in 1987. This generation was introduced in 1978 and was produced until 1981, after that it received a facelift for the 1982–1987 model years.
El Caminos of this generation shared most of their front-end body panels with the Chevrolet Malibu of the time, while the platform and rear end were unique to the El Camino. It was offered with a variety of gasoline and diesel V6 and V8 engine options. This particular model is the 1981 Base trim, featuring a 229 cu in V6 engine paired with an automatic transmission.
Other available trims included the Conquista, the Super Sport, and the top-of-the-line Black Knight (later renamed Royal Knight).
This model features accurate scaling, and the tailgate, hood, and doors can be opened.
