It is savegame compatible, but it doesn't work with DEI

Nice idea, could improve these factions a bit, against Hellenic & Germanic tribes, that seem to be pushing them out of the map often...

Although, I'm trying to find out if this mod works mid-save & is it compatible with DEI..?
