Official standalone port for "Duchess Reformed" to work with BR build 5/1/2024.
It requires MANUAL installation.
(This mod does not require original "Duchess Reformed" mod to be installed)
(Custom Duchess reskin seen in screenshots + new BR-exlusive UI refit are both made by me - linked down below)


(This mod requires ! MANUAL ! installation, because currently BR got no workshop! So follow steps below to not make a clown of yourself!)

In order to use this mod you must head to:

- Mementos (formerly "Crimson Court" trinkets) are no longer a thing. Instead duchess gains new contrabands! Brand new Contraband trinkets can be purchased on flameseeker.
- Added a couple new trinkets into shared trinket loot pool - very rare + common. No trinket left a broing stat stick! (There's only one slightly interesting stat stick now).
- Skills have been number tweaked + rebalanced for BR
- Every camp skill got remade + added 2 new camp skills, allowing duchess to be more of a team player.
- Added random town events, thematically tied to duchess (with narration).
- "Plagued" status effect - revived and implemented through one of the Contraband trinkets! Detailed further in Info Comms.
- Flagellant-like Bleed-to-Blight Conversion implemented! Also through Contraband trinket set.

- Duchess cannot spawn as religious.
- Edited town and quest barks to fit BR setting.
- Beast form no longer spams barks every turn. She finally shut up.
- Added animated camp sprite.
- No longer requires story quest completion to appear in ferry. Generates as any other hero.

If you experience: crashes / errors when loading / broken skill effects / broken tooltips / blue lines - that means you are a dumbass and installed this port incorrectly, or you have conflicting mods not intended for BR use. do again.

This port is in no official way connected to Team Reliquary, it is done by me completely separately from them;
Team Reliquary had no input in making of this patch - so please, don't message BR devs if you want to criticize / hate on / report a problem with this patch, leave a comment down below instead.
Why it got official in its name? Cause it was made by part of original Duchess Reformed team, observed by original designers from that team, and reflects core vision of that mod. It's there to indicate that this mod contains no half-assed unpondered nonsense.

Current BR build (5/1/2024) does not support any laguage other than English. This mod obviously is also English-only. Do not play this game in anything but English.
(I have no respect for this language either, but we been dealt a bad hand, deal with it)

This item and its contents may not be uploaded on any website in form of impersonation of original piblisher (me) or any other team member involved in creation of "Duchess Reformed" mod.
However for purposes of preserving and increasing accessibility, it can be reuploaded with a link to this original page.
Why? Cause steam is a whiny sensitive pissbaby, that has nuked any workshop downloaders there ever were. So folks at other platforms are locked out of steam mods. Not cool.

Additionally, any rebalance modifications/code edits/visual changes of this mod are allowed to be published in the form of an add-on, but not in the form of reuploading the entire mod including your changes.
Making translations at this stage of BR development is pointless, but if you really want to, then publish them as an add-on to this mod.
