Add Shurelia, the quiet and mysterious leader of Elemia, in the game.

Unique Trait: Melody of Elemia
Strategic Resources provide +1 Production and +1 Science and all strategic resources provide double quantity. All land military units have +1 sight.

Unique Unit : Knight of Elemia (replace Swordsman)
Start with promotions that give them bonuses fighting to gain Great Scientist points upon killing an enemy and near their capital.

Unique Building : Rinkernator (replace Castle)
+1 Science for every 2 Citizens in this City.Provides +2 production after Flight is researched. City must have Walls.

Leader screen is very low quality, had to make my own with high resolution images. Also first greeting text isn't showing up in game when you first meet her.

I got a reques from a friend if any modder sees this its a one piece mod but idk a lot how one piece is so i leave it to ur ideas but plz but only one thing i thought a better water units thats all that i know cya if u help me.

Just manualy downloaded both this mod and it's mir counterpart, the mediafire link has some additional...mess... before the actual link, might want to fix that if possible.
