CE Manual Patcher

Description
Make CE patches by yourself, or edit properties form Combat Extended

This mod allows you to manually create CE patches without coding.

This mod is safe to add halfway

Follow the instructions below:

Notice:

- The default parameters are those of an assault rifle.

- Do not modify parameters or create CE patches in the game. Do it in the main menu.

- Some parameters like bipod require a game restart to take effect.

- Most parameters can be modified in the "Base Stats" section while creating a CE patch, but once the patch is completed, changes should be made in the section with the same parameter names below.

- Some parameters are unclear to me as well, so please modify them cautiously.

- Some weapons may not be suitable for CE. You can adjust the "Verb Class" in the "Ranged Parameters" section to adapt.

Planned future features:
- Armor Done
- Bionics
- Animals
- Add a custom ammo

补丁似乎并无法修复一些近战武器,主要体现在以此模组制作wolf族的模组补丁会一秒13棍上

I'm just suggesting things that needs to be added and i came across one thing, and that you could add like offset secton cause when you give like effects it doesn't do anything, atleast for instance if we look at melee weapons and give them melee counter parry bonus, it automaticly sends it to base stats even tho it should be in offsets, so yea if ya want you can consider this

@Reidlos Yes, this mod is based on Steam CE. Their data structures are different.

@ODevil The dot might be a shortcut key. You can try typing something first, and then you should be able to enter the dot normally.

@demon dogeris Thanks, I'll add them

@Reidlos Maybe you're using the CE from GitHub? I've noticed that some field name in the GitHub CE are different from those in the Workshop.
