🔝 Top Priorities for Villager Roles (With Your Buffs)

1. Farmers 🌾

Even with fast crafting, you can’t tend every field forever.
Set up a solid farm crew:
Barn Workers: For planting, harvesting, threshing.
Animal Breeders: Cows, pigs, chickens = milk, manure, eggs, meat.
Start with grain crops: wheat, rye, flax (flax = $$ from linen thread).
Farming gives solid tech points and pays long-term.

2. Crafters 🛠️

You got Fast Craft, but let villagers handle:
Sewing Hut: Linen thread → linen fabric → bags/clothes.
Workshop: Bows, buckets, wooden tools if needed.
Smithy: Iron tools/weapons if you’re not doing them.
Set production orders in the management tab for 24/7 hustle.

3. Hunters & Gatherers 🏹🍖

Early-game food backup and leather.
Hunting Lodge → assign 1-2 peeps for meat, feathers, leather.
Use feathers + sticks to mass-produce arrows for trade or use.

4. Lumberjack + Excavation Crew 🌲⛏️

Even though you can carry unlimited, let villagers:
Chop wood (firewood, planks, logs)
Mine iron (once you get Excavation Shed + access to mine)
You’ll need stone + iron for tools/buildings and future upgrades.

5. Vendors (When You Get a Stall) 💰

Set up Market Stalls and assign villagers to sell surplus items.
You can pump out items fast, give them to vendors, and let them flip it.
Great passive income.

🧠 Pro Tips for Your Setup

Set up 1-2 houses ahead of your expansion. Don’t wait till you find a villager to build a house—be ready.

Married couples = babies = future workers. House couples together for generational growth.

Train your villagers in their strengths. Use the “Details” tab when recruiting—don’t put a 1-skill farmer on flax duty.

Always keep tools in Resource Storage. Without tools, workers do nothing.
