Japanese Name Generator

Description
Pawns will appear with Japanese names.
There are approximately 750 million possible name combinations.
The names can be edited via .txt files.
Requires Harmony and World Tech Level.
The reason why the World Tech Level is necessary is because it helps suppress the issue of duplicate name loading.

Surname reference: Myoji-Yurai net
Given name reference: AI
