I have made map annotations around all 7 competitive maps using lineups I created and learnt from watching and studying professional matches.
These are guides on lineups and grenade sets you should know but you can use any lineups you prefer in addition to what I have on each map.

Instructions on use - Subscribe to the map you want to view ->
-> Open CS
-> Play
-> Practice
-> Select the map
-> Toggle "use Map Guide" on
-> Select the guide
-> Press go
