3DS dreamcast theme

Description
A cropped version of the top screen image from the Dreamcast theme for the 3DS. I added some small effects to modernize it and add to the "dreamy" feel of it alongside that awesome Phantasy Star music used on the 3DS. I thought about adding the drive noises from when you turned on the system but thought it could get annoying every time you alt+tab so I left it out lol.

The image used is from a bigger sprite sheet I used from 'The VG Spriter's resource'.
