Peter's Vanilla Shoes Overhaul

Description
Introduction

Have you ever looked at the vanilla shoes and said "Wow they are so ugly, why do they look like oversized socks."?
Well, that's exactly how they were made, but with the help of my mod you can experience actual shoes that also fit the art style of the game.

Jokes aside, I always hated the look of vanilla shoes and there are other alternatives on the workshop, but either they are too high quality to fit the style of the game or they do not pair with other clothing mods creating masking issues.

Technical details

This is a Build42 mod, it will not work on B41

My mod is built around Spongie's Clothing and Open Jackets mods, so there shouldn't be any masking problems and I haven't managed to encounter any so far. My models have some overlapping with certain pants-shoes combinations but nothing major and during normal gameplay shouldn't be that distracting. The textures are pretty ugly but that's the limitation of using 512x512 textures.

My mod REPLACES the vanilla models and textures, so there will be overwriting issues with any other mod that modifies the vanilla shoes in any way. It also modifies some of the stats of the shoes giving them advantages and disadvantages.
The mod is not finished, cowboy boots and sandals are still in development.
Also all of the finished shoes have only 1 texture choice.

Compatibility

Compatible clothing mods that I also recommend:

Spongie's Clothing
Spongie's Open Jackets
[B41/B42] I Need More Style: Clothing Edition
Bianca Wardrobe [42. Out now]
Vanilla Gear Expanded

Compatible but with problems:

Boots Expanded 11 for B41 and B42 - The clothing addon will work with no problems, the boots addon will cause overwriting issues.
Vanilla Clothing Expansion - It will create some overwriting issues, forcing some of the dropped shoes models to be replaced with the vanilla ones.
Tomb's Player Body Overhaul - It can be used but the shoes will be too large for the new character models. A compatibility patch is planned for a future update.

this mod is honestly one of if not the best shoe mod for build 42, hope we get more vanilla like shoes and maybe a few visual improvements to the current ones we have like making them slightly less blurry. overall this mod is great alternative to boots expanded and much better fitting for modded clothing! thank you for this amazing mod it makes build 42 that much better

@Katora Noku haven't tested at all authentic z totally forgot about it and VCE I need to look more into it cause it does weird things with dropped on the ground shoes. Unfortunately I'm away on holiday untill after easter so no development untill tuesday-ish.

Authentic Z adds some shoes and sneakers, as well as vanilla clothing expansion, any plans to add compatibility? No pressure, of course.

@Peter
Okay, you're right. I've gotten so used to the Tombs Player Body modification that I've forgotten about it. Of the many I've tried, this one is the best. It would be very nice if you would make (if you don't mind) support with your modification. Thank you.
