繁體中文說明[github.com] | English README[github.com]

Introduction:
This is a simple RimWorld mod that adjusts the size of the original geothermal generator and introduces four new sizes: 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, and 5x5.
To make it more realistic, the mod includes adjusted values for the four new geothermal generators, such as max power output, resources to make, max hit points, work to make, and required construction skill levels.
Aside from the listed values, theoretically, other building attributes or features remain consistent with the original geothermal generator.

You can also modify the max power output and resources to make in the mod settings.
How to Use:
  1. Subscribe to or download this mod from release page[github.com].
  2. Enable this mod in the game (no specific loading order required).
  3. Research "Geothermal Power" in the game. Once completed, you can start constructing.

I was thinking the exact same way, odd-number perimetered circles and hexes just look way nicer, and you dont need to worry about the spacing of pillars as much.

the mod is https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3411401573 , it adds a hyper-advanced version of the geothermal that can be continuously upgraded to include additional fuels for increased efficiency. "Initially, the ARC operates as a basic Geothermal-powered unit ...", so i assume it has the same or similar code check for being place on a steam vent as the normal geothermal does.

I'm glad that I can help you enhance your gaming experience.
The initial reason I developed this mod was that I wanted my base to have a hexagonal design, but the 6x6 geothermal generator took up too much space.

Regarding the VE: Quests - Generator mod you mentioned, I haven't played it before, so I'm not very familiar with its game mechanics. I'm not quite sure what you mean by compatibility in this context. I think I need to try out the VE mod first.

YES omg this is the exact mod ive been looking for for a while now! its infuriated me for as long as ive been playing that the the geothermal was so huge, though the 4x4 and lower seem a bit overkill imo, the 5x5 is perfect though! just the right balance for building around. any chance this is compatible with VE: Quests - Generator?
