ECC + Expanded Gestalts Compatibility Patch

Description
This is a compatilibity patch for Ethics and Civics Classic and Expanded Gestalts: Forgotten Queens.

Heya! This patch fixes a bug wherein running both mods will prevent the Symbiotic Race, Slave Race, and Machine Cult civics from working correctly. Even if you don't play with these civics, AI controlled empires with those civics would still be affected by the bug so this patch is recommended regardless.

You don't need this patch if you only use one of the 2 listed mods.

Load order: Place this patch below both mods.
