Eastern Army Gear - CE Patch

Description
Added a few patches for Eastern Army Gear by Krasnovsky to hopefully play nicely with CE and its mechanics. It uses CE official RH2 patches as a template. What can I say more? I love uniformity in my colony.

Special shout out to my guys Chicken Plucker, Local, and of course Krasnovsky; go check their mod.

I think Facial Animation has a menu at the bottom of the screen to modify every appearance of the FA mod; you can try that instead of manually modifying the PNG, select a pawn, and then click on the menu that has a head icon :steamthumbsup:

Cheers, I seem to be already using that face mod lol. But most of my colonists seem to have the neko mouth. I'm just gonna edit the png. Thanks for your work :steamthis:

It's Facial Animation - Retexture by Barb-tan; I know it looks like a gooner mod judging by the thumbnail, but it looks great so far. My old go-to is Vee Face for Facial Animation by Latki, but it doesn't work on my mod list for some reason.

And regarding whether or not it will be merged into CE proper, I don't know; I want to practice in a safe environment for coding and not unintentionally sabotage the CE team.
