House of Cartel

Before the zombie apocalypse, this mansion was the home of a widely unknown cartel leader.
The county police and the state army raided the mansion just as half of the cartel members were already infected with the virus.
When the army and the police stormed the mansion, it was already full of the walking dead.
That was quite a mess, I'll tell you that much.
Now this mansion could be a good place to set up your base.
There is a boat dock on the north side of the island, which provides easy access to Kingsmouth KY.
The house has a large arsenal of weapons and ammunition. You can also remove military and police equipment from zombie bodies.
There is a well and a generator on the grounds of the mansion.
Also the whole territory is surrounded by an indestructible fence.
When choosing the point of appearance near the mansion, be extremely careful!
Do not go to the territory unprepared and especially without weapons.

House of Cartel would be a great addition to the following mods:

Aquatsar Yacht Club for MP disable anti-cheat type 12

As it allows you to moor your yacht right next to the base, from which on the other side of the river is the beautiful island of Kingsmouth!

And don't forget to download the mini map from Eris and all the necessary addons to it.

A: Compatible with all mods, except mods that occupy the same cell on the map.
