企业号航空母舰（USS Enterprise，舷号：CV-6，绰号：大E/Big E，幸运E/Lucky E），是服役于美国海军的第六艘航空母舰，是约克城级航空母舰的二号舰 。
企业号航空母舰在二战太平洋战争中参与了包括中途岛战役、东所罗门群岛海战、圣克鲁斯群岛海战、瓜达尔卡纳尔岛战役、菲律宾海海战、莱特湾海战在内的一系列重要战斗，成为太平洋战争中美国海军战斗资历最深厚，功勋最卓著的战舰。
日本曾三次单方面宣布企业号被击沉，但最后均被证伪，因此企业号又有“灰色幽灵（Gray Ghost）的绰号。
企业号航空母舰舰名源自美国独立战争期间俘获并更名的一艘英国单桅纵帆船，也是美国历史上第七艘以“企业”命名的舰船。
1943年，当企业号回国进行大修和改进时，她获得了“总统部队嘉奖”，这是第一艘荣获总统集体嘉奖的航空母舰，之后又获得了“海军部队嘉奖”，成了二战期间美国唯一一艘同时荣获总统集体嘉奖和海军集体表彰的航母。

USS Enterprise (CV-6, nickname: Big E/Big E, Lucky E) is the sixth aircraft carrier in service with the United States Navy and the second ship of the Yorktown-class aircraft carrier.
USS Enterprise participated in a series of important battles in the Pacific War of World War II, including the Battle of Midway, the Battle of the Eastern Solomon Islands, the Battle of the Santa Cruz Islands, the Battle of Guadalcanal, the Battle of the Philippine Sea, and the Battle of Leyte Gulf, becoming the most experienced and most meritorious warship in the US Navy in the Pacific War.
Japan unilaterally announced three times that the Enterprise was sunk, but it was finally falsified, so the Enterprise was also called the "Gray Ghost".
The Enterprise aircraft carrier was named after a British sloop captured and renamed during the American Revolutionary War. It was also the seventh ship named "Enterprise" in American history.
In 1943, when the Enterprise returned to the United States for overhaul and improvement, she received the "Presidential Unit Citation", which was the first aircraft carrier to receive the Presidential Unit Citation.
Later, she received the "Navy Unit Citation", becoming the only aircraft carrier in the United States during World War II to receive both the Presidential Unit Citation and the Navy Unit Citation.
During the Enterprise's service life, it sailed a total of 442,475 kilometers, sank 71 enemy ships, damaged 192 ships, and shot down 911 enemy aircraft.No warship in the US Navy can compare with it. Enterprise symbolizes the fighting spirit of the US Navy.
In 1958, the Enterprise aircraft carrier was dismantled in New York. At the strong request of veterans, the Navy named the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, which began construction in the same year, Enterprise in memory of it.
