Iran focus tree rework

This mod aims to make the Iranian focuses tree shorter and more rewarding. For example, you can now build a better and larger industry in a shorter period, allowing you to complete political focuses much earlier and become a more impactful nation when World War II starts, or even before it.

Additionally, it introduces new focuses that grant more resources and overall this mod makes the Iranian focus tree better.
