Kobolds into Cutebolds

Description
Turn those ugly goblinbolds into cutebolds. Does not edit sprites (currently breaks them so play with ascii) nor make kobolds playable in fortress mode, can in adventure mode. Simply edits their bodies and description to be more in line with the cutebolds designed by /tg/weaver, aswell as make their civ ethics less psychopathic.
