Description
Some tweaks / fix for research window

- fix sometimes some research tabs will mysteriously disappear
- remove the useless vertical scroll bar
- research window now always full screen
- configurable tab min width

I need to add the vertical scroll bar too. How do I forcibly give myself a vertical scroll bar?

My monitor failed and I got a bigger one.

I STILL CAN'T SEE MOST OF THE RESEARCH. THERE'S STILL NO VERTICAL SCROLL BAR THAT WORKS.

@TurtleShroom They never do this. Modern developers don't ven know that screens smaller than 27 inch exist

@maozi 竖向滚动条是*完全无用的*，它是由泰南的代码bug产生的，即使我不删，本身并没有任何滚动的功能，不信可以在原版试试

我也遇到了竖向滚动条的问题，Medieval Overhaul 里面的 中世纪技术——炼金术——？？？排列的太靠下被挡住了，感觉还是需要这个竖向滚动条

@逍遥小冯 还有这种mod吗，那很逆天了:vsskull: 滚动条消失算是研究页面全屏的副作用，如果真的有过高的研究项目滚动条应该是会重新出现的，如果不能请再告知我罢
