[WOTC]Chosen's Prime Reaction

Description
What is this mod?
This mod adds the Prime Reaction to the Chosen. When your squad members attack the Chosen and inflict damage, the Chosen will gain action points and immediately retaliate or retreat.

Important Point
This mod does not modify the Chosen's AI or abilities.
It just makes the Chosen gain additional action points when they take damage from an attack; they simply follow their existing abilities and AI.

Therefore, it can be used with other mods that add abilities to the Chosen or enhance their AI (for example, A Harder War: Chosen Pack).

Why did you create this mod?
I liked DerBK's A Better Chosen mod. However, as I started using OP units and other mods, I felt that just A Better Chosen was not challenging enough. DerBK nerfed the Chosen's AI somewhat to balance the addition of the Prime Reaction, but for difficulty enthusiasts like me, this was inevitably a bit disappointing. Of course, I don't think nerfing AI is a bad thing—quite the opposite, actually.

Anyway, one of the irreplaceable advantages of A Better Chosen—the Prime Reaction—was not implemented as a separate mod. After inquiring about this mod with DerBK, I received the unfortunate news that he is no longer creating mods.

Therefore, after receiving his permission to use his assets, I decided to create a mod that adds only the Prime Reaction to the Chosen without any AI changes or additional abilities. So, all credit for this mod goes to DerBK.

Recommendation
I found it to be stable during several tests, but I cannot be certain what variables may arise in your battles.
I recommend saving your game before engaging in battle with Chosen.

Need to Know
One of the Chosen strength- "Planewalker"- does not work well with Prime Reaction, as both trigger upon being hit, which can cause animation skipping bugs. Therefore, it is disabled by default. If you still want this strength, delete the XComData.ini file in the Config folder.

Your English is really terrible, bro.
As you can see in the video, English is not my native language. I did my best...

If i remember correctly the Prime Reactions was a cut feature. I do love these kind of mods because it makes fights with the Chosen even scarier because you gotta be extra careful.

Good stuff. Being able to continue using whatever Chosen AI mod you already have (without needing to do ini magic) is a nice compatibility QOL.
