this mod collection is dedicated to The New Order (or TNO) mod for Hearts Of Iron IV, or more precisely to one of the Russian Warlords named "Arische Bruderschaft" (!!!THE AUTHOR CONDEMNS RIGHT-WING MOVEMENTS!!!) these are basically schizophrenics who captured the city of Perm during the Second West Russian War and consider themselves Germans, but in fact they are genetically Russian, it's actually hard for me to explain who these people are, you can always look them up on TNOwiki, I think I'd better stop typing anything suspicious right now so that Steam doesn't have a reason to ban me.
