[EA26] IndigoTail's Molotov Cocktail

A bottle of Petroleum, a rag on the bottle, and a Zippo lighter. You do the math.

I didnt bother testing the radius, but fire = damage. That's all.
Should be 11 damage per second, but damage zone stacks, making it a lot more damaging in the middle.
Running through it takes away like, 80-90 health or so

It's located in the [Grenades] and [Fire] tag
Torch all that is hostile, light the rag then throw.
