Half-Life 2 Beta/Leak Feature (the Flaregun and Binoculars (Rangefinder in this mod) was in the game before September 2003)

So basically, this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=583517911&searchtext=eye+view adds an external camera that attaches to your eyes. A lot of the times it looks awful but the TPIK system allows this mod to be way more functional.
