[ARC9] Escape from Tarkov SHARED

Required addon for ARC9 EFT guns to work.
Includes sounds, functions, ergonomics system and universal attachments.

Currently up to date with 0.16.0 patch.

Right now includes: (those numbers are outdated though)
- All 25 tactical modules/flaslights from patch 0.16
- All 83 scopes + 50 mounts for some
- All 9 + 10 AR15 rearsight and fronsights
- All 28 AR15 pistol grips
- All 34 + 13 AR15 stocks and buffer tubes
- All 41 foregrips
- All universal 9x19 silencers and 12ga muzzle devices
- 9x19, 7.62x51, 7.62x39, 7.62x54r, 5.56x45, 12/70 ammo types
- Glock magazines
- All MLOK, QARS, Keymod mounts and more

Addon will be updated and list will be filled over time.

I'm planning to merge addons by weapon classes once all guns (excluding revolvers) will be ported.
