Lancia 037 [RFR]

Welcome! Today I present you another rally car for Ravenfield Rally (RFR). It's the Group B Lancia 037 that comes in 2 variants! It works the best with the RFR project maps. The Lancia 037 was the last rear-wheel drive car to win the WRC title fighting for it in 1983 with AWD Audi Quattro. It was extremely hard to control, especially on gravel or snow.

DISCLAIMER: This mod was supposed to be a commission, but since the commissioner decided not to pay all of a sudden I had a hard time deciding wheter to ever publish it. Decided it is too good not to let you guys play it. I also don't take any commissions from guys like him now.

• Lancia 037 Evo 1 - Lancia 037 was a mid-engine rally car designed by Lancia at the beginning of 1980s for the new Group B era. 200 road models (called Stradale) were built. The rally version debuted in 1982 but was found to be very unreliable. Many work went into fixing all of the problems before the most important 1983 season. That's how the Evo 1 version with a 305HP engine became a thing. It paid off as Lancia 037 Evo 1 beat the 4WD Audi Quattro and became the last RWD car to win the WRC.

• Lancia 037 Evo 2 - After winning the 1983 WRC manufacturer championship Lancia decided to upgrade its car for the next season. Lancia 037 Evo 2 had an improved engine power output with around 330HP. It wasn't enough however to beat 4WD Group B monsters like Audi Sport Quattro or Peugeot 205 T16. Driven by Markku Alén it won its last WRC rally in 1984 - Tour de Corse. Next year edition however turned out to be 037's worst nightmare. During the 4th stage of the Tour de Corse 1985 Attilio Bettega lost control of his car and crashed into a tree which killed him instantly. Lancia 037 Evo 2 was dropped in favour of the new 4WD design - Lancia Delta S4.

• REDONE DRIVING & DRIFTING SYSTEM - new redone driving physics trying to immitate rally car and make the car handling more complex and demanding. In RWD cars like this one: you loose traction when accelerating and regain it when braking. (drifting script made by Ortort).
  
• GEARBOX MECHANIC - entirely new mechanic with shifting gears (script made by ProfessionalDebil).
  
• WORKING DASHBOARD - it shows your speed (in kph) and gear.
  
• HEADLIGHTS - press "T" to turn them on (turned on by default when playing on night mode) (script by kikimundo).
  
• BRAKING LIGHTS - red lights appear when braking (script made by DAI_QUOC).
  
• EXHAUST FUMES - they appear when turning on the engine (modified kiki's script).
  
• DUST - it appears behind the car.
  
• REALISTIC CAMERA - 1st and 3rd person driver cameras react to accelerating, braking and turning.
  
• NEW REDONE SOUNDS - almost every sound is new
  
• CODRIVER MODE - you can use codriver seat and let the AI drive but watch out! It's fearless and not quite sober...
