Risk of Rain Vanity

Description
Adds Risk of Rain 2 and Returns vanities to Terraria. Currently adds Captain, Bandit, Providence and Mithrix as a full set. Next set; Void Fiend, Mercenary, Engineer and Commando + visual overhaul for pre-existing sets.

Note; Can't be obtained through normal gameplay yet sadly, you'll have to give them to yourself via mods like Hero's mod and Cheat Sheet. In the upcoming updates I will attempt to make them obtainable through Risk of Slime Rain chests or somewhat similar means.

maybe make the monsoon hardmode and seekers moonlord
even if the lunarian sets would make sense for moonlord
the other way around might make more sense

@Sans with Pancreatic Cancer He's next on my list with Mercenary! Shimmer idea is quite fun; I'll make so you get the monsoon skins via shimmer after or before Moon Lord. I thought of making the Seeker of the Storm skins too.

I USED TO PRAY FOR TIMES LIKE THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a suggestion, make this work with Risk of Slime Rain (i think thats the one that adds spawning ror chests to the world) and make it spawn in those :)
