adds 2 units only to sartosa


Sartosa's Finest - Gun-Greataxe infantry with a blunderbuss shot. for effect purposes, is inserted to sartosa militia and zombie pirate handgun sets

Steelwhip Corsairs - dual hammer flails infantry, small unit with high damage. for effect purposes, is inserted to sartosa free company and depth guard (axe) sets
can be recruited from t2 ports

yeah dont use them together
the flail unit exists in pirate life and will be pushed soon

the mod crash with the mod "Vampire Coast Expansion: Pirate Life" but without it, it works fine. Great job!
