Wolf's Craftable Car Battery Charger

This is a very simple mod that adds a recipe to craft your own car battery charger. I'm not sure if these are as much of a pain to find in B42 as they were in B41 but I did notice that they are still not craftable. Well, now they are. This mod was only developed with B42 in mind.

In order to craft the charger, you will need:

• 10 Scrap Electronics
  
• 2 Electric Wire
  
• 12 Screws
  
• 6 Steel Sheet - Small
  
• 1 Screwdriver
  
• 1 Pliers
