thanks a lot m8, problem was that Texture Res was set to performance for some reason, so changing to HQ solved it

@shimpanzini bananini, @やちる野晒 , made some changes to add more customized options (size and position) as requested below for dual monitors, works well on my setting and others (like Uruguen). Be sure to have WE updated and "Texture resolution" set to "High quality".
