Lights on/off: F key (impulse 100)
Siren on/off: R key (+reload)
Change light mode: L_ALT (+walk)
Change siren tone: R_CLICK (+attack2)

Why don't the lights/siren turn on?

1. Make sure you have the Photon Lighting Engine

2. Make sure your keys are bound correctly. Using the reference above, bind each key to the command in parentheses. For example, to make the F key toggle the lights on/off, type: bind f "impulse 100" into console. All basic controls use default key bindings, so you will only have this problem if you have changed default keys.
