2025.02.09 - Add movement between same floors

When an alarm occurs, designated personnel are evacuated to a designated area.
When selecting Draft, the designated personnel will be ready for battle when they arrive at the designated area.
Once the situation is lifted, the designated area will quickly return to its own area.
If the situation has been lifted but there is someone who has not returned to their original place,
please be careful as there is no designated area for that person on that floor.

ARW can designate personnel located on the floor where the machine is installed. The target area can be selected regardless of the floor, and the designated personnel will return to the floor where the designated machine is located when the situation is resolved.
If the machines invade, all recorded territories and regions will be lost.

This is a mode for quick tactics in multifloor.
