Recipe Cache Unloading Fix - aka anti-pickup-lag

Description
A stupidly simple way of 'fixing' the recipe cache issue. Mew's friend had idea. Mew implemented.

SB keeps a cache of recipes that can be unlocked. It unloads this data whenever it deems it no longer necessary.
Naturally, this causes massive lag when you pick up something, on heavily modded games.

Solution? automated delivery every 5 seconds of an auto-consumed, zero-stack new item specific to this mod. It has a recipe unlock.

Nearly guaranteed to eliminate nearly all pickup lag related to recipes! ...no refunds.

Also...no idea if it's purely clientside because of funky shenanigans, but it is probably fine.

After some testing on my huge 1400+ mods list - it definitly works. Those lag spikes were really annyoing and now they appear a LOT less. Huge thanks to the author.

friend says yes, it still works. also, they mentioned this: "Note that it isn't a 100% fix: it just makes the stutters occur faaar far less. They still do occur when the cache forcedumps."

i'll have to ask my friend if it's still working for them. THEY are the one with the heavily modded installation. And it was working for them. There's a reason for the way I worded the mod's description...
