SFO Tyrion warband promotion of exalted troops

Special thanks to the amazing BAGHolder and Last of the Romans for inspiring me with their Warband Recruitment mods!

Their mods are fantastic, but as a dedicated SFO purist, I find the idea of converting any unit a bit too chaotic, which also dilutes the unique flavor of Warband mechanics. However, since SFO already has Tyrion's unit promotion feature, which fits perfectly with the Warband upgrade system, I was inspired to create this Tyrion Unit Promotion Warband Upgrade mod.

Currently, there are two unreasonable aspects of SFO's Tyrion promotion system:

Recruitment Limited to Lothern Landmarks:
While it might make sense lore-wise to grant promotions in the capital, it greatly hinders gameplay. The point of promotion is to give low- and mid-tier units a chance to level up and remain viable. Being forced to return to the capital and wait several turns for recruitment defeats the purpose — at that point, why not just recruit higher-tier units directly? This wastes the thoughtful design behind these promoted units.

Landmark Recruitment Limited to Tier 1, 3, and 5 Buildings:
Especially for Tier 5 recruitment, having "plus" versions of mid-tier units feels underwhelming and fails to keep up with the gameplay pace.

The Warband upgrade system offers a better solution:

Fulfilling the desire for veteran brothers-in-arms to continue fighting on the battlefield.
Allowing instant promotion upon reaching level 7, anytime, anywhere.
Saving time on recruitment and troop transportation.
To align with the identity of promoting veteran units, I made it so that promoted units drop from level 7 to level 4, allowing them to quickly gain experience and benefit from advanced red-line buffs, avoiding redundancy.
