[SPM] SWMH Performance Map for vanilla

Description
This mod takes the SWMH+LTM maps from HIP and resizes them to the pre-Rajas of India 2048x2048 map dimensions, purging obsolete titles in the process. The result is both a better looking map and a significant increase in performance.
It was inspired by TitanRogue's "SWMH for Vanilla" and uses/steals a lot from Chitose's "Performance map", both linked below. Because the former is out of date and requires a manual installation I decided to merge the mod ideas while also including some of my own changes, such as:

- The Silk Road has been modified to fit the new map and has also been slightly expanded
- Rearranged some de jure titles to better fit the new map
- Corrected the location of cities and unit placements in the eastern provinces
- Redrew many province borders to better fit rivers and terrain (no historical research was done for this, it was just traced from rivers.bmp and terrain.bmp - an alternative unmodified version of provinces.bmp is also included if this isn't to your liking)

I'm also working on creating additional trade routes, although these will be released as optional submods.

Files for a flatmap options are included in the mod. The snow effect that occurs during winter has also been disabled, to re-enable this then go to to gfx/FX/pdxmap.lua and remove the "//" before sample.rgb = ApplySnow( sample.rgb, Input.prepos, normal, vFoWColor, FoWDiffuse ); on line 374

Disclaimer: this is NOT meant as a submod or addition to HIP, nor is it associated with HIP. It is essentially just meant to be used a better looking map for vanilla CK2 the way it looked before patch 2.1 expanded the map further east. Eastern religions can still be played, but their holy sites are no longer on the map so they're no fully functional.

Note: the mod has been updated to fix the issue where it crashed on saving, my apologies for not testing that while making the mod.

I've never tried the combo but this mod doesn't do anything with trade buildings so it should be compatible with trade mods. This mod just disables the trans Saharan route and changes parts of the Silk Road to fit the new map.

just turn off mongol invasion and it all good, anyway i hope you make silk road look like vanila or less silk road in jerusalem and syria region because all the trade post you add can not be built and the silkroad map look like a spider web

after delete it still no mongol invasion, just spam bug event about khan of khans

Try deleting mongol_invasion_of_khwarezmia.txt in history/wars. I think the first crash was related to Sinhalese_rebellions, but the Mongol invasion should be able to be restored without the save related crashes coming back according to my tests.

Thanks for pointing that out, it should have been fixed now. I didn't have autosave on while testing it so I never noticed any crashes
