Ever feel a little lonely playing through Calamity? Wish you had a giant skeleton worm who wants to see nothing but your blood spilled by your side?

Petah, the Sepulcher is here.

Causes a constant Metastasis Sepulcher to always follow you around, its stats scaling with the number of bosses killed. QoL and autopause recommended if you plan to do a full playthrough with this enabled. You are never safe.

i havent cheacked this out in game so pardon me if this is already the case but would it be possible for you to make this a toggle-able item so some one could turn it on or off?
