浙江建机下辖的工厂研发的机械（浙江建机算是最早生产QTZ-250塔吊的厂家，后面中建机械，方圆等厂家也生产过QTZ-250塔吊）

1984年引进法国POTAIN公司的技术，使得我国（中国）塔机技术水平显著提升。同年，QTZ250型塔机的诞生，标志着我国（中国）成为世界民用塔机生产大国。
