Counter-Strike: Source Seal Team 6 over Roje

Description
Counter-Strike: Source Seal Team 6 (internally known as ct_urban) over Roje. Took me a while, but I figured out there was a line missing from some of the tutorials. Comes with hands (retextured Roje hands, as the model isn't high enough quality for a custom c_hands model.
Also replaces zombified Roje (with edited textures too)
