Description
South London to Brighton

Notes - Also if you decide to rate down this route, you are perfectly entitled too of course, but I do ask though if you could say why you don't like it, as I welcome any constructive critism. (PS - I don't bite, if you say you don't like the route :) )

Notes - I can't merge in GEML or ECML South to any of these routes, this is due to both of these routes having a different stating point to these routes, ECML is around Stevenage, GEML is around Colchester, while North London Line, London to Bedford, London to Faversham, South London Network and London to Brighton is at Swanley.

Requirements:

South London Network - http://store.steampowered.com/app/222638/
London to Brighton - http://store.steampowered.com/app/208280/

Notes - LED Signal Pack - Comes with *London to Brighton*, *South London Network*, Portsmouth Direct (original not Waterloo), WCML North, WCML Over Shap, and I think a couple of others. (so you'll probably have this anyway :) )

Modellers Pack (I don't think it was really used - couple of bits) - comes with one of Doncaster Works, Falmouth, Portsmouth Direct (original), Northeast Corridor (original), Horseshoe Curve, Woodhead, Trains Vs Zombies 2, Western Lines of Scotland, WCML Over Shap, WCML North OR Pietmaritzburg to Ladysmith. (You'd only need one of those routes.)

This is not an official route, this is something that I have done in my own time to combine the two routes, and also includes the extra little sections of Hove and Reigate.

For other things that I have done in my own time, I also have a facebook page with pictures from Scenarios and other routes that i've looked at.

Notes: After a few comments that i've seen, I have decided that I'm not going to give permission for anyone to submit changes for this route (if you merge the routes yourselves I have no say of course), you can of course make changes to your own copy of the route as a personal route, but I have decided that for over reasons and that I would prefer that there weren't about 20 copies of the same route with minor changes on workshop.

Basically this is the combined London - Brighton Route attached to the South London Network, so includes the following routes: *Track)

Thanks kind sir.. and thanks for the added pleasures in TS2019... ;-)

I think they show "retired" because they are no longer on the store (the modellers pack was for free but was taken off), as for the LED pack it was never on it's own, so probably shows as retired because it's not on sale. (I'd ignore them it would work anyway regardless - you'd at least have the signal pack - you wouldn't see any signals on London to Brighton or South London Network if you didn't ;) )

Ok that was my error.. I found it in Quick Drive.. new to workshop items.. others ran from the Drive under Workshop..thanks... but those to items still show retired..:-) https://i.imgur.com/flEZjw8.png

Although if you are pressing "Drive" in the workshop tab, then it doesn't work for Routes - you'd have to go to quick drive or build it doesn't unfortunately come with any scenarios.

UK Led Signals aren't retired :) (it was never released on its own) - they come with London to Brighton and South London Network - as for the Modellers Asset pack (although I don't think this is really used that much in this route - a couple of things and that's about it :) )

LED Signal Pack - Comes with London to Brighton, South London Network, Portsmouth Direct (original not Waterloo), WCML North, WCML Over Shap, and I think a couple of others. (so you'll probably have this anyway :) )

Modellers Pack - comes with one of Doncaster Works, Falmouth, Portsmouth Direct (original), Northeast Corridor (original), Horseshoe Curve, Woodhead, Trains Vs Zombies 2, Western Lines of Scotland, WCML Over Shap, WCML North OR Pietmaritzburg to Ladysmith. (You'd only need one of those routes.

Sorry if I missed the answer to this question.. there are 81 pages.. any help appreciated.. although I have the routes.. two items are "retired".. UK LED Signals and Modellers Asset Pack.. So I assume unless you can find these in some other package or already have them, these routes will not let you "Drive"?

I can't add anything to this route any more - although this route was set in 2012 :) (so the platform lengths were correct for it's time - however i have made those fixes to this route (which will hopefully have Brighton in the future :) ) -

correct me if im wrong of any of my observations as I am not 100% sure on some of them

would you also be able to make it possible to quick drive from west Croydon to London Victoria via crystal palace as this is a service on the current timetable. also, this is a minor detail but I thought I might let you know that at Clapham junction platform 15, the stop boards and signal is essentially under the walking bridge while the platform has been lengthened to hold 10 coaches down the other end for some reason as I observed this yesterday while travelling through to Victoria. also, do you have any ideas of making an extension to Sutton via Mitcham eastfields and via waddon ? or even as far out to Epsom. I genuinely think your route merges are the best and I cannot thank you more for creating such access into more realism for train simulator

I am very impressed with the route and the details such as the extension of some station platforms to accommodate 10 car trains. However, I must say that being a very regular traveller on the south London network I must say that Battersea park platforms 3 and 4 can accommodate a whole 10 car train. as you already know Gatwick airport has a platform 7. Norwood Junction can also hold a 10 coach train on platforms 1 and 5 I think. Crystal palace platforms 6 and 4 can also hold a 10 car train.
