Description
This mod adds a Blue Archive civilization with a dual-leader feature, focusing on railroad-related abilities.
It is still in the testing phase, and due to personal limitations, several planned features couldn’t be implemented. Only the simpler parts have been completed for now.
Keywords: Blue Archive, BA, Highlander, Hikari and Nozomi, armored trains, railroads, magnetic tracks.

Highlander Railroad Academy
Civilization Ability: Rail Construction
Reveal Iron and Coal resources without technology requirements.
Unlock "Steam Power" after the first construction of the unique non-specialized district "Train Factory."
Railroad tiles provide standard adjacency bonuses for specialized districts. When a specialized district is located on a railroad tile, its adjacency bonuses also generate tourism.




Hikari and Nozomi
Leader Ability: Train Maintenance Team
When producing non-civilian units, gain 10% production and 2% science of the production costs each turn,
Upon completion, gain technology equal to 20% of the unit's cost.
When an armored train is completed, gain a Builder and a Military Engineer.
If resources are sufficient, the Military Engineer will lay railroads on tiles they pass through.




Unique District: Train Factory
Highlander Railroad Academy Unique District
Replaces the "Encampment."

Has a lower construction cost and does not increase with technology.
Does not require population, cannot be built around the city center, and is not a specialized district.
Only one can be built per city.
Unlock "Steam Power" technology after constructing the first "Train Factory."
The tile where it is built automatically gains a railroad.
It gains the total output of adjacent railroad tiles. If it’s a district, it gains the adjacency bonus output, but cannot gain outputs from wonders or Train Factory.




Unique Unit: Armored Train
Highlander Railroad Academy Unique Industrial Era Unit

Allows escorting civilian and support units.
Fully restores movement points when moving on railroads.

这个是常规能力,与高卢的返现20%文化能力的强化词条来自同一个效果器,因为我担心有人没有高卢拜占庭DLC,所以写了个同名强化词条,用的是“插入或者取代”,结果DLC加载顺序在我这个mod之后,游戏的强化词条一般都是“仅插入”,所以撞车了,撞死了高卢拜占庭DLC的所有强化词条

启用模组会使拜占庭的天授规矩(每圣城+3力)失效,仍显示在单位状态栏,但交战时不加力
我本来还以为是其他玩法模组搞的,没想到来回测了十几遍是这个领袖模组搞的
