Description
"I've been to almost as many places as my luggage."

Two stage space plane to ferry up to 8 tourists and their luggage to Jool orbit (one-way).
The 1st stage (Launcher) can be recovered separately at KSC after delivering the 2nd (JoolAir) to orbit.

Notes

Launch procedure
Insert JoolAir into 75x75 km Kerbin orbit
- [Stage 3] Rapier full power, SAS Stability Assist relative to surface
- End of runway: Pitch up to 10° above horizon
- Let go of pitch, plane will settle at 5° and angle will rise naturally due to curvature
- Altitude 15 km: [Stage 2] fire up Nerva
- Altitude 23 km: [5] toggle Rapier to closed cycle
- Altitude 35 km: Engage prograde assist (surface) SAS
- Indicated apoapsis 58 km: [1] turn Rapier off, continue burn with Nerva
- Indicated apoapsis 75 km: pause burn
- 30 sec to apoapsis: start to circularize orbit with Nerva
- 10 sec to apoapsis: finish to circularize orbit with Nerva + Rapier

Recovery procedure
Land from 75x75 km Kerbin orbit at KSC
- Set reentry periapsis at 42 km altitude and ~ 15° east of Kerbal Space Center (see screenshot)
- [0] retract Solar and Antenna
- [5] enable Airbrake pitch control
- Reenter Atmosphere nose first, SAS prograde assist
- [G] Extend landing gear until 30 km altitude, then retract
- [G], [6], [Brake] Manage distance to KSC by increasing drag - extend landing gear and open payload doors
- 35 km altitude: SAS stability assist (surface) to reduce heat load
- High lift allows Launcher to be landed like an airplane at ~ 60 m/s
- [5] Disable Airbrake pitch control before landing
- [6] Open payload doors before using parachutes, landing speed under chutes ~ 10 m/s
- Optional: drain fuel (valve in JoolAir cargo bay) to lighten craft
