L'Hiver Graphics Tweaks

Description
The mod aims to improve some textures and models. The female models are less "striking", Sarah no longer looks like Pamela Anderson after rehab, the female and male NPC head models have been changed, and the face and hair color of the nameless one have been restored to be closer to the original. Status bars have also been changed (from L'Hiver by Buddygoth). By ManiejTC.

thanks for fixing gooner dresscode. this mod is hard enough already, so i'd rather beat it with both hands.
