[B42] Torch

Adds a Torch to B42

This mod is inspired by bigorneau's awesome mod which you can check out here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3396120206&searchtext=torch and give them a thank you for letting me use their Torch models/textures for my mod here.

Mod Features:

● Craft a Torch, Light a Torch, Refill a Torch
●Custom Fire Burning Audio when activated
●Craft Animations using Torch props
●Gain Maintenance 10xp on Craft and 5xp on Refill
●Item stats: 3.0 KG unequipped (same as Notched Plank), No Light Cone, Low Light Intensity to closer match a Lighter, Torches deplete 4x faster than Flashlights, Torches Ignite Campfires, and are not considered a Weapon

It encompasses this mod and more, it will be the new version going forward. This mod will remain for those who prefer this take on a Torch and will still be supported but will unlikely receive any further updates unless requested.
